About Me
A little about who I am and what drives my work.

About Rebecca
I love what I do! I bring a combination of intuition, a natural ability to attune to others, and decades of mental health education/training, and hands-on experience working as a clinician, supervisor, and support coordinator in public-school settings.
Transitioning into private practice came from a growing interest in working more in depth with individuals after attending my first Internal Family Systems training. The intuitive model aligned with my values as a clinician and with my own personal journey. Learning this model, developed by Richard Schwartz, I have been able to broaden my skill set and support clients to gain a deeper awareness and understanding of their internal systems — “parts” in a nonjudgmental way.
This model fosters self-compassion and is helpful for understanding the reasons behind feeling stuck or repeating the same patterns, paving the way for healing and meaningful change.
When I am not working, I enjoy long walks in the woods, reading, dreaming of the beach, writing poetry and spending time with my friends and family.
